Open to the public in February through November, the Thomas Edison Birthplace Museum features a collection of many of his early inventions, documents and family mementos. The museum is located directly in Edison's childhood home, which has been restored to its 1847 condition. Tours are offered by two of Edison's great-great-great-grandnieces.
