Since its establishment in 1922, the Akron Art Museum has offered an innovative and cultural experience. Today, the museum displays regional, national and international works from 1850 to the present. An outdoor sculpture gallery and a photography collection are included in the permanent collection. A new temporary exhibition is displayed every 13 weeks.
